$100 update
Yesterday's post inquiring about what you'd do with an extra $100 sparked a lot of good comments.
I think the coolest response came from hulagirlatheart, who said:
At the risk of sounding like a redneck I would use it to pay our beef bill. We are having a cow slaughtered in a couple of weeks, and I could use the money for the processing fee.
I've never paid that kind of money to have something slaughtered and processed.
Fifty bucks and a pack of smokes to have someone roughed up? That's another story.
Anyhow, thanks to everyone who jumped in with a comment.

I feel obligated to explain that my brother-in-law raises cattle, so we buy one from him, have it slaughtered and freeze the meat. It's a common practice in these parts. Of course, this isn't to be confused with a hog killin' which used to be much more common and involved your friends and neighbors and a big knife. The Hula's don't kill a hog. However, a relative does and gives us ten pounds of sausage every year for Christmas. If you've ever gotten sausage for Christmas......
Oh my Hula, I think I know which relative that could be...do I?? Sounds very woody indeed.
